It took me awhile to get adjusted to the idea and finally open my eyes to how “Love your neighbor” doesn’t read as “Love your lovely neighbor”. There’s no mistake. That’s when I started writing short encouraging notes for my kids, their friends and sometimes, for the kids’ parents. As the summer season arrives, our body needs some refresh and replenish drinks to beat the heat. We have a bunch of drinks you should have during summer to release the heat from your body.
Summer season temperatures increase to a high level leaving everyone fatigued and sweaty. So keeping yourself hydrated helps you to keep going in this heat and maintain your good health and body temperature, as you can be dehydrated with the utmost deficiency of water.
These refreshing drinks won’t only satisfy your thirst but also will keep your body cool during the summer season.

In our country like Pakistan, we have a wide range of natural drinks which might be very helpful in boosting our immunity and help to fight with this summer season.
A quick and refreshing preparation using lemon, sugar, salt, water, and ice. Here is the recipe;
5 tbsp of lemon juice
Sugar ½ cup
Salt or black salt ¼ tsp
Water 1/2 liter
Ice to be chilled
Add all the above-mentioned ingredients and mix them well. Serve chilled. It will provide electrolytes to your body which you lost while sweating in summer.
This is another refreshing drink boosting your immunity and system. It is very quick and easy to form moreover.
Mint leaves 1 fist
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt or black salt ½ tsp
Sugar 5-6 tbsp
Soda water (optional)
Water and ice accordingly
Just add all these ingredients in a blender juicer and blend it well. Serve it chilled.
